Return Policy

We’re passionate about delivering your best night’s sleep with our KEAM mattress collection. We’re dedicated to producing quality orthopedic products through exclusive premium materials and energies, attention to detail, and fine craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality of our products, so you can buy direct from us with confidence.

REQUESTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any permissible return under an applicable 60-Night Trial policy or exchange policy must first be authorized by us.  No unauthorized returns are allowed. 

Contact the KEAM® Customer Service Center at (844) 469-5326 or by e-mail at customerservice@mykeam.com to obtain a Return Service Order (RSO) number before returning any product to us. Your authorized return must be received by us within 30 to 60 days after your product was delivered. 

Once your authorized return has been completely received by us in a good and sanitary condition, we will reimburse the purchase price of the items being returned less any return shipping/delivery/restocking fees. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed with no refund or credit given. 

You are responsible for the return shipping/delivery fees associated with returning or exchanging any product to us plus for a restocking fee in the amount of 15% to 20% of the product returned plus tax. 

    Mattresses

    We believe you’ll fall in love with your Infusion mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 60-Night Trial. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 60 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us at (844) 469-5326. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less any return shipping/delivery/restocking fees. After your first 60 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our Limited Warranty on your mattress.

    Pillows

    Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.

    Retail Store Purchases

    If you bought your KEAM product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
